Price

€295 per week.

Delivery: first 30 km included, then €1.50 per km one way, for both delivery and pickup.

Prices for private customers include 21% VAT. Business prices exclude VAT.

Longer stays: 4 weeks = 4 x €295.00 = €1,180.00 incl. VAT (€975.21 excl. VAT). Longer than 3 months? Ask for a monthly price.

Delivery example: 80 km one way = 2 x (80 - 30) x €1.50 = €150.00 incl. VAT (€123.97 excl. VAT), delivery and pickup.

Placement and permission: what do you need to arrange?

What for

• Renovating: stay at home while you renovate
• Family care: your relative close by, with a place of their own

Specifications

Anything not yet fixed will be final when built. We don't make up numbers.

What the site needs

• A level ground that can take the weight. Grass, gravel or paving is fine.
• Clear access for a car with trailer. The unit is 2.55 m wide, so the access must be wider.
• Room behind the spot to winch the unit off the trailer.
• No branches, cables or gates lower than 4 m along the route.
• You arrange permission for the spot.
• We check the exact dimensions together beforehand. Send photos of the spot and the route.

How it works

1. You send your request with the date and location.
2. We confirm. You pay a €50 deposit.
3. We bring the unit on a flatbed trailer.
4. We winch it off the trailer onto the ground. It sits on its own wooden skids.
5. We level it on blocks, free-standing. The trailer leaves with us.
6. Afterwards we winch it back onto the trailer and take it away.

What do people rent a living unit for?

For example during a renovation or to care for a relative.

What does delivery cost?

First 30 km included, then €1.50 per km one way, for both delivery and pickup. Example: 60 km one way is 30 km over the limit, so 2 x €45 = €90 (delivery and pickup). We deliver anywhere in the Netherlands.

How does the deposit work?

You pay €50 to secure your date. It comes off the rent. If you cancel or we can't deliver, you always get the full €50 back.

What kind of spot do I need?

A level spot the trailer can pull up next to. Grass, gravel or paving is fine. Not sure? Mention it in your request.
