What you enter in the form: name, email, phone, unit, dates, place, occasion and comments. Plus the language, the page and the campaign code (utm) you came from.
To answer your request, carry out a booking or rental, and for our records. The legal basis is (preparing) the contract and our legal obligations.
The site and form run on Netlify (Netlify Forms). Netlify processes your data on our behalf, also outside the EU, under a data processing agreement with appropriate safeguards. If you consented to Statistics, Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics) processes usage data on our behalf.
Requests without a rental are kept for 12 months. Rental data is kept for 7 years, due to Dutch tax record-keeping rules.

Only if you consent to Statistics do we count visits anonymously, without storing IP addresses. We only store the page, the language, the referring site, the campaign code, the device type and whether you clicked WhatsApp, call, email or the form. With the same consent we may use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd), with shortened IP addresses. Without consent nothing is counted and Google Analytics is not loaded.
You may access, correct or delete your data, object, and have it transferred. Email us. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
